提交了兑换矿点，导致代币消失或减少的，可以用您注册时候的邮箱，发中英文内容至客服邮箱support@onecoin.eu，并在邮件里附上截图。客服会帮您把代币返回，请耐心等候。也可以不发邮件，采矿时代币应该也可以用（有待验证）。

如果是代币全部消失，按如下内容：

如果是代币减少，比如减少500个，按如下内容，
Hi,
I submitted the application of MINING in Jan 20, 2015, 500 TOKENS reduced from my TOKENS ACCOUNT. Please check the situation, and return 500 TOKENS to my TOKENS ACCOUNT. My Username is XX, thank you! Operation record as below.
